New Tongues
This is for my undercover yappers, writers, and life observers. The ones who say a lot without saying nothing. The ones who have so much to say and express. Sometimes you stop yourself from saying the thing because its not innovative, profound, or anything new, but what if you just said it anyway? What if you followed your bodies impulse or urge to say the thing because its necessary for you to get it out of your body. And that doesn't mean that it has to be on social media first or at all. But you make spaces and vessels that honor your voice. Somethings bear repeating, in a way and language of your own. When it is honest/true to you it wont matter that its already been said before because you and your essence are the ones saying it. Afterall, "there is nothing new/ under the sun/ but there are new suns", (word to Octavia E. Butler). And there are new tongues.
